Erin Mareth leads a program that pairs aspiring educators with preschool students, providing hands-on experience that builds strong instructional foundations and real-world teaching skills. Through this work, she prepares the next generation of teachers with a focus on rural education, community connection, and practical classroom readiness.
As part of a national AI study grant, Erin collaborates with educators across settings to explore how emerging technologies can support both teaching and educator preparation. Her students have been recognized as FCCLA national finalists, reflecting her commitment to developing student leaders and advocates for education. Erin is also a strong advocate for public schools, dedicated to ensuring all students and future educators have access to high-quality, equitable learning opportunities.
