About me
As the Director of Artificial Intelligence and Blended Learning at Lindbergh Schools, I lead districtwide efforts to design and implement a future-ready learning ecosystem where artificial intelligence and human creativity work together to personalize learning, empower teachers, and improve outcomes for every student. I oversee the strategic integration of AI technologies, blended learning models, and digital ecosystems that align with district goals and national AI literacy initiatives. My work focuses on: • Developing scalable AI and blended learning strategy rooted in ethics, and practical classroom application. • Building teacher capacity through professional learning experiences that make complex tools approachable and instructional impact visible. • Reimagining curriculum and workflow design using AI to streamline planning, personalize instruction, and expand access to opportunity. • Partnering with industry and higher education to shape responsible AI adoption and prepare students for emerging career pathways. Drawing from my background in instructional design, technology leadership, and educator development, I focus on connecting innovation to purpose—ensuring every new tool or model supports deeper learning, authentic engagement, and human connection. My work blends strategic systems thinking with teachers, guiding schools through the transition from digital learning to intelligent learning environments that truly serve students.
