About me
I am an educator with hands-on experience supporting diverse classrooms at Northwest, where I have served as a paraprofessional, co-teacher, and substitute teacher. These roles have given me a deep, practical understanding of the day-to-day challenges teachers and students face, as well as the importance of adaptable, student-centered support.
In addition to my work in the classroom, I am the founder of GradeLens, an emerging initiative focused on improving how educators track, understand, and respond to student progress. We are actively collaborating with teachers to design and refine tools that are grounded in real classroom needs. This work is just the beginning, early interest from districts such as University City signals a growing demand for more effective, teacher-driven solutions.
My goal is to bridge classroom experience with innovation, helping educators make more informed decisions while ultimately improving outcomes for students.
